#1LK617C is being pulled together as we speak. All of the intricate little bits are pieces are being handled by Jacob at PA this week, carefully and lovingly categorized, checked off the list and tucked into its protective nest to be carted across the country and border.
Jacob works at Progressive Aerodyne and to be honest I don't know much about him. All of my correspondence has been through John D the dealer for SeaReys in Canada. The control freak in me wanted to call the company through this process and explain why I had some conditions but after talking to John a few times I was able to relax and let him take control. I picture Jacob as some long haired 30 something guy with a ponytail and shaded 70's glasses for some reason. Weird how the mind attaches a persona to someone you literally have no info on. He could be a 6'10" bodybuilder for all I know making cash for protein shakes and his gym membership.
John has been exceptional throughout. His attention to detail and genuine glee that there is another Ontario SeaRey joining the flock really makes you feel like you are marrying into a great family.
I don't really have too much to say yet and I will be making frequent posts once the crate sitting on my shop floor. Until then I'm just the passenger on the stagecoach. I've got a good driver that knows the trail and has tended to the horses.... Looking forward to next week!
